We just released a new version of our time registration software TIME. The new version, 3.1, contains a large number of new functions requested by you, and a brand new plug-in, TIME-Flex.
TIME is the program for all of you that are looking for a simple and effective time registration software. It is so easy to use that there are no excuses not to!
New features in version 3.1:
- A new interface for time registration where you register time per week.
- The possibility to choose if all users should be able to register time on all projects, or if you, per project, define the users that are members and thereby can register time.
- The possibility to undo verified registrations.
- A setting for the number of hours a user should be able to register per day and time.
- Choose if time registrations should be summed per user in the project report.
- Select, per time code, if registrations should be displayed in detail on the salary details.

Plug-ins
To most of our Artologik software we have add-on functions, plug-ins. Plug-ins make it possible to adapt the software even more to your needs.
For TIME, there are two plug-ins; TIME-LDAP, and the brand new TIME-Flex.
TIME-Flex
Time-Flex is the plug-in to handle flextime and overtime. With TIME-Flex, you easily keep track of worked time, without keeping it in your head or on spread piece of papers.
In TIME-Flex, you use flextime codes that you define from your needs. These flextime codes are connected to flextime banks where all the hours are collected and drawn from. You can also choose, for each flextime code, if it should be possible to take out as salary, or only as free time.
Each flextime registration is verified, and you decide how you want the verification rights to be allocated.
You can of course generate reports of the registered flextime and overtime. You can both get monthly reports and salary reports of the flextime.
TIME-LDAP
With our LDAP connection, the administration of users is greatly simplified.
New for this version is the possibility to choose which fields you want to search on in the LDAP catalogue, for example name, address or e-mail.
