EZbooking gives you structure and control over many types of bookings: premises, equipment or any other resources available for booking within an organisation. The program is accessible from any computer with internet access and a browser, anywhere, at any time.
To control the accessibility of different objects for different users, EZbooking has a system of access rights. This makes it possible to register all bookable objects for an organisation while still retaining control over which users can view and book them!
It is also possible to create organisation groups of users in EZbooking, to which objects can be connected. Users within a group can then only book or view objects connected to their group.
The monthly calendar displays all registrations made for a specific object. To make a reservation, the user clicks on a date and completes a simple form.
Does a particular user need a company car every other Tuesday, or the conference room twice a week? Make just one registration to create a recurring booking for a specific time period. Administrate the entire booking at once, or each individual reservation separately.

Statistics are easily created for booking rates of objects, users or organizations. These figures are presented in lists or as graphics. The graphics are easily transferred to external software such as a Powerpoint presentation by dragging and dropping.
