Why EZbooking?

EZbooking gives you structure and control over all types of bookings: premises, equipments or any other resources available for booking in your organization. With only a computer with internet access and a browser, you can make your bookings anywhere at any time. 

To control the accessibility of different objects for different users, EZbooking has a regulation of access rights. Thanks to the levels of access rights, it is possible to register all bookable objects of the organization, and yet control who can view and book them!

In addition, if you create organizational groups of users in EZbooking and connect certain objects to these, users within a group can only book and view objects connected to their group or origin.

EZbooking Reports provide you with facts and create invoice details. Statistics of your bookings can easily be generated in EZbooking.

Calendar

In the monthly calendar, all registrations made on a specific object are displayed. If you want to make a reservation, you click a date and simply register the time.

Recurring Bookings

Do you need the car every other Tuesday, or maybe the sauna twice a week? Make one registration only for recurrent bookings during specific time periods. Administrate the entire recurrent booking, or administrate each reservation separately.

Available Objects

This is the fast way to find out which objects are available on certain dates. To book an object, just click the link in the list.

Illustrated

Statistics are easily created on booking rates of objects, users or organizations. The figures are presented in lists or as graphics. The graphics are easily transferred to e.g. a PowerPoint presentation by means of the drag-and-drop technique.
