
Why EmailResponse?
An uncontrolled flow of your e-mail, e.g. to official e-mail accounts, is a problem in many organizations. The solution is a simple system which can handle several e-mail addresses and keep track of all internal handling - from reception and reply - to evaluation and statistics.
The risk of forgetting messages is minimized. EmailResponse facilitates your handling of statistics, since all e-mail messages are registered. The statistics serve as the basis of various reports which can be generated in the program. The reports provide a key on how to work effectively with your e-mail.

Inbox
With EmailResponse, you will have all the traditional functions of an e-mail program. In addition, you are also able to view the status of a message; New, Handled, Read or Replied To. If you move the mouse pointer over the incoming address, a few lines of the message will be displayed.
Reminders
Here, the administrator can set how frequent, and to whom the reminders of unanswered e-mail should be sent to.
Standard Replies
When you click the address of a sender, an answering form is displayed where you can reply to the message. You can also choose between a number of standard replies, selected for frequent requests.
Reports
The Reports section in EmailResponse will offer continuous information on how the handling of your e-mail is working within the organization. The information can be specified for each e-mail account.
