HD-TIME - register support time


HD-TIME connects Artologik HelpDesk to Artologik TIME, enabling the recording of time spent on a particular ticket, and facilitating detailed client invoicing.

How it works

Time registration occurs as a natural part of the process in Artologik HelpDesk and the data is then automatically registered in the application Artologik TIME. When a new customer is created in HelpDesk, all customer details are automatically copied and transferred into TIME and registered there.


Modifications to existing user accounts are also automatically transferred into TIME. The shared database for the two software packages only requires that you enter data once in order to have accurate information in both interfaces, at any time.
