The support program is available in three editions, all of which have the same functionality. The number of administrators and ticket operators determines which license your organization needs. The number of customers is unlimited!

A rental agreement includes a program licence, website rental and a service agreement and thus gives you stress-free program use. The software is installed on our web server and all technological issues are dealt with by the Artologik staff.
The minimum contract time is 6 months, after which the contract is automatically renewed on a montly basis. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months beforehand.
If you buy a program licence, the software needs to be installed on your own web server. The web server needs to be a Windows Server 2003/2008. You can choose between connecting the program to an Access database or to Microsoft SQL-server. For more detailed system requirements, click here.
A service agreement is not included in a licence purchase.

The contract period for a service agreement is normally twelve months. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months before the agreement period expires. Otherwise the agreement is automatically renewed.
