This training is for specialists and administrators. We go through all the different parts of the program and discuss what the best solutions and settings are for your organization.
This training provides an introduction to the program. We go through the basic structure of HelpDesk and do a number of exercises relating to user processes and the program work-flow.
Depending on the structure of your organization, your training needs may differ from the standard sessions. Together we can plan who needs to attend various parts of the session and what important topics to bring up.
