The Swedish insurance company Dalarnas Försäkringsbolag, member of the Länsförsäkringar Alliance, have invested in two of the Artologik programs. We give them a warm welcome to Artisan.
Dalarnas Försäkringsbolag have chosen EZbooking for booking of resources within the company, with the plug-ins EZ-Visit (visitor registration), EZ-Order (ordering) and EZ-LDAP (connection to directory service).
To handle internal support, they have also bought the ticket handling program HelpDesk, this program as well with connection to directory service using the plug-in HD-LDAP.
