New version released - HelpDesk 4.0!

We are now proud to announce a new version of our ticket handling system HelpDesk.

HelpDesk has with the new version got a modern layout, and a lot of new functions. Here is a sample:

  • Web Service functionality to connect other systems to HelpDesk, or to enter information via an external webform
  • Enhanced possibilities, and improvements, in the reports
  • Enhanced possibilities for the ticket questions
  • Possible to create and use your own ticket statuses
  • Automatically generated tickets from e-mails, according to rules that you define yourself
  • News/forum function
  • Logging of events
