Artologik HelpDesk is available in three editions. The limitation depends on the number of Administrators and Request Operators (solution creators) altogether, that you will register.
 

Light - Purchase 500 EUR; Rental 80 EUR/month

Request Operators/Administrators = max. 2
Recommended database = MS Access

Standard - Purchase 1 500 EUR; Rental 160 EUR/month

Request Operators/Administrators = max. 5
Recommended database = MS Access, MS SQL 

Enterprise - Purchase 3 000 EUR, Rental 270 EUR/month

Request Operators/Administrators = max. 10
Recommended database = MS Access, MS SQL

Extra packs of users - Purchase 500 EUR; Rental 40 EUR/month

Request Operators/Administrators = +5 per pack
