The risk of forgetting messages is minimized. EmailResponse facilitates your handling of statistics, since all email messages are registered. The statistics serve as the basis of various reports which can be generated in the program. The reports provide a key on how to work effectively with your email.
With EmailResponse, you will have all the traditional functions of an email program. In addition, you are also able to view the status of a message; New, Handled, Read or Replied To. If you move the mouse pointer over the incoming address, a few lines of the message will be displayed.
Here, the administrator can set how frequent, and to whom the reminders of unanswered email should be sent to.
When you click the address of a sender, an answering form is displayed where you can reply to the message. You can also choose between a number of standard replies, selected for frequent requests.
The Reports section in EmailResponse will offer continuous information on how the handling of your email is working within the organization. The information can be specified for each email account.
