With the additional function QR-Multilanguage you can create multilingual surveys. This means that the same survey can be published in different languages and alphabets simultaneously.

With the function QR-Multilanguage you can create multilingual surveys, which means that the same survey can be published in different languages and alphabets simultaneously. So the same survey can be created in English, Russian, Chinese and Arabic simultaneously.

Surveys and report dispatches can also be created in several different languages and survey participants can receive e-mail messages in their own languages. Help texts, survey texts and report texts are also created in several different languages. Sub reports can also be created for the different languages.

Any Language You Want

The technology that makes this possible is that all information fields in the software support the format utf-8. This means that you can write text in the program in any language and alphabet, as long as you have it installed in the operating system on your computer. If you have several alphabets installed, you can change alphabet on your keyboard by simply pressing a button on the computer. Then it is just a matter of writing.

You choose yourself which respondent language is activated in the software. Help, survey and report texts already exist in Swedish, German, English and French. All other languages that you activate, you translate yourself via a flexible interface that shows, sentence by sentence, what you need to translate. When this is done you can carry out a preview of your text.

Choose a First Language

After this it is time to create the surveys. Choose which of the activated languages your survey will contain - then choose a first language. This is the language that you begin to create the survey in and then translate into the other languages, one language at a time, question by question via a flexible interface, or translate one question at a time into all languages simultaneously as you create the survey. When the survey is complete and translated, it is time to publish it.

You can massively distribute the survey and translate the introduction e-mail into all languages available for the survey. The respondents will receive the e-mail according to their language code and will be able to answer the survey in the language of their choice. 

Sub Report by Language

You can create sub reports for the different languages in which the survey was answered and create several levels in your sub report in the same way as reports for monolingual surveys. Just as for survey dispatches, you can create multilingual report dispatches. You can formulate a message in each language that the survey contained and, depending on the respondents' language codes, they will receive a message in that language.
