Customers with Service Agreements

Online support with your user name

Connect to our helpdesk using your username and password and search for answers to all your questions in our FAQ, or register and follow up on support tickets. Online support requires a username and a password.

Service Agreement information

For customers who purchase a program license, the contract period for a service agreement is twelve months including the current month in which the order is received and accepted by Artisan. The agreement is automatically renewed for periods of 12 months at the end of each agreement period. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing, such as via email, and the agreement terminated three months before the current agreement period expires.

A service agreement includes the following:

  • Free assistance in technical matters via our online helpdesk
  • Free technical support over the phone
  • An upgrade warranty (you only pay the difference in fees when switching to a larger license size)
  • Free updates to newer versions
  • A guarantee on program functionality

Customers without Service Agreements

Online support for guests

When you log on using the “guest” username and password we will try to help you as soon as possible. The response time varies and is dependent on the current workload of the support team.

One-time support

If you require a quick answer it is always possible to call us and ask for a one-time support service.

Price: 95 Euros per hour (excl. VAT), with a minimum billing of 2 hours.

Online Training

If you would like to learn more about the programs or if you need some help while working in them, we can offer you online training. We guide you when you have questions regarding program use and give you some handy tips and hints. Online training is a quick way to learn the program without having to read the entire manual.
