When you subscribe a Service Agreement, you are provided with your own User Name and Password, to log in to our online help desk. There, you can search for answers to your questions and register new requests. This agreement entitles you to an answer from our team, within one working day.

If you have not yet subscribed for a Service Agreement you can log in as a Guest to our online help desk. The user name and password you will then be allowed to use are: guest/guest.
Your request will then have a lower priority and we will try answering to you within one week.

The service agreement for all Artologik products is subscribed for one whole year and is automatically renewed from one year to the next. The agreement is valid from the purchase date. The agreement is invoiced before the start of the new yearly period and is valid until cancellation from part of the customer.
ATTENTION! Notice of termination must be in our office the latest three months prior to the expiration date of the last on-going period.
