TIME is available in four licence sizes. The number of active users determines which licence size your organization needs. There are no other limitations and the different licence sizes have identical functionality.

A rental agreement includes a program licence, website rental and a service agreement and thus gives you stress-free program use. The software is installed on our web server and all technological issues are dealt with by the Artologik staff.
The minimum contract time is 6 months, after which the contract is automatically renewed on a montly basis. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months beforehand.
If you buy a program licence, the software needs to be installed on your own web server. The web server needs to be a Windows Server 2003/2008. You can choose between connecting the program to an Access database or to Microsoft SQL-server. Click on the link to read more about system requirements.

The contract period for a service agreement is normally twelve months. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months before the agreement period expires. Otherwise the agreement is automatically renewed.
