Why TIME?
Recording your working hours with TIME becomes a routine, which everybody will learn to use and appreciate very quickly. Registering time for the projects you are involved in is simple. The information can be used for generating reports and invoices. The administrator can easily get an overview of the company's time management.
The entire program is run through your browser, either in your local internal network only, or through the Internet where you will have global access.
Users can register their working hours at work or from home in a quick and simple manner. Consequently, it allows users in different locations to access the system.
Additionally, TIME is a program which facilitates the work situation for the administrator. Each project is set up in the usual way with the members of the project group, the time frame of the project, activities etc. The administrator can easily follow the project, day by day, or even hour by hour.

Register Time
You have the possibility to register your working time and the material used, in a very effective way. The information registered in the program provides a quick overview of the time used in the project concerned.
When a project is concluded, the information in TIME can be used as details for invoices and salaries. Additionally, this information is perfect when making offers for other, similar projects!
Reports and Report Generators
The reports section allows you to generate different types of summary reports for one or several projects and for different users.
This provides you with important information for planning future projects and for the charging of concluded projects. With the report generators, you can select which information you want to generate. This information can be used as details for making offers, resource planning, follow-ups etc. There are several reports to choose from, each with a unique function and purpose.
Salary Details
Salary details can be generated for groups or individual users. The settings for time codes and articles are used to specify if a time or material registration should be entered in the salary details. In this way, you can register all divergences, which are the basis of salary payments.
Invoicing
In this module you can easily generate invoice details for one or several projects. The invoice details form the basis for invoices and are generated when you want to send an invoice for a project.
When the project leader has checked and adjusted the invoice details, invoices can be made directly in TIME. Furthermore, the accounting records can be exported, e.g. as an SIE4 file, to your accounting system.
Verification
Verify time and material registrations before they are available for salary and invoice details.
You can authorize registrations in different ways. There is an option to assign users the right to register time and material on behalf of other users. Settings for the verification is made in the administration part.
