Why WebPublish?

With the publishing tool WebPublish, you can easily build a website where several people can share the workload and still maintain a uniform design. Users can each have their own responsibility, their own pages, and still see their part on the larger website.

Artologik WebPublish is a modern and flexible publishing tool. It follows the newest standards and is developed to build good-looking and functional websites that are easy to keep updated. No extra IT resources are needed to use the tool. WebPublish can be used by anyone, regardless of prior proficiencies.

Co-workers in different departments within the company, administration or organization can simply work with their part in a larger website. In other words, you can let a co-worker be fully responsible for his or her pages. It is also possible to set, per page, that an editor must approve pages before publication.

Since it is important that a website is visited, we have developed WebPublish for search engine optimization. You can for each page enter the information the search engines are looking for, and thus have a better chance to end up in the top of the search results.

Templates

When you create pages in WebPublish you work with different templates. There are both page templates and layout templates.

You select one page template for each page you create. The page templates decide how the information on the page will be presented and how it is edited.

The layout templates decide how the website looks, the design. Each website only have one or a couple of layout templates that are chosen for each page. This ensures that you do not have to think about formalities, the application will do this for you.
