Perhaps you would like some coffee and a cake for the afternoon meeting, or fresh flowers for the corporate apartment. Now you can order extras via EZ-Order, either separately or when you make a booking.
EZ-Order lets you add items and place orders either separately or in connection with an order. A typical order is that for refreshments in connection with a meeting room reservation, but why stop at that? It is also possible to add different lists of prices that are dependent on the type of delivery the customer chooses. For each list of prices you add all the items you want to be available for order.
When a user of EZbooking wants to place an order there are two ways of doing this. To create an order that is connected to a booking, he or she simply clicks the order button in the booking window. It is also possible to place a separate order by clicking the link “Order” in the right-hand menu in the program.
When EZ-Order is connected to EZbooking and used for the ordering of refreshments and food for meetings, the reports function is a great help in creating To Do lists for the kitchen staff.
