With EZ-Order, you can add goods and make orders, separately or in connection to making a booking. Ordering coffee for a booking is a common use of the function, but why stop at food and coffee? You can add various price lists, depending on the customer's chosen method of delivery. Add the goods you want to be included in each price list. To make an order, the EZbooking user can either go to Order in the right-hand menu, or click the symbol next to a booking. For the latter, the order is connected to the booking concerned. There is an additional role available in the system of EZ-Order, the "person in charge of orders". The "person in charge of orders" is able to view, for instance, today's orders. The report will be a good work list for the kitchen, if EZ-Order is used for ordering coffee and food for booked meetings.
