EZ-Visit lets you register both planned and unplanned visits, either separately or in connection with a booking.
By registering all planned visits in EZ-Visit, you give the receptionists a good idea who to expect, as well as ample time to print visitor tags straight from the program.
Unexpected visitors can also be entered in the system, in order to print labels and/or to create correct statistical reports on visitor numbers. The program can also be used for generating accounts payable reports, if for instance the venue or various goods ordered via EZ-Order are to be paid for by the visitors.
