Advantages of EZ-Visit

EZ-Visit is used to register expected and unexpected visitors, separately or in connection with making a booking.

By registering visitors in EZ-Visit, the receptionist knows exactly who will arrive and is also able to print visitor labels on a label printer directly in the program. In an easy manner, unexpected visitors can be registered directly in order to create labels and/or to generate accurate statistical reports.

EZ-Visit reports can be used in combination with EZ-Order to increase the basis for invoicing, as well as for other purposes, e.g. finding out who was present at the visit.
