All the information regarding bookings can be collected in various types of reports. Artologik EZbooking has several built-in report generators, making it easy for you to generate statistical information for follow-up.
It is possible to create reports on bookings per object, per user and per organization. Find out for instance who uses the company car the most, and which microscopes fail to attract any bookings.
In the reports per object you can select to display information on who made the booking and their comments, as well as various extra information fields that have been added by the administrator. They can for instance be the activity the booking is regarding or contact details for the person in charge of the object.
The reports per user provide information about what objects have been booked and when, as well as extra information fields.
Reports per organization can be generated for the organizations collectively or for one selected individual organization. The report shows who made the booking, which object it concerned, the time as well as extra comments and information fields.
For a quick overview of the statistics, just push the “Charts” button to generate both pie and bar charts. With the built-in drag and drop function, the images can then be easily transferred into other programs such as PowerPoint.
It is also possible to create customized accounts payable reports for both internal and external invoicing. You can then export them as txt files in order to make import to other administrative programs possible.
