Rent or buy Artologik EZbooking

Artologik EZbooking is available in four editions. The number of users and the number of bookable objects determine which edition your organization needs. There are no other limitations and the different editions have identical functionality. 

EZbooking is also available as a freeware - the program edition is then restricted to use by 20 people and 5 objects. Click here for more information about the EZbooking freeware.

The term "users" refers to administrators as well as people who make bookings and people for whom bookings are made, even when they do not actively use the program to book.

Licence Rental

A rental agreement includes a program licence, website rental and a service agreement and thus gives you stress-free program use. The software is installed on our web server and all technological issues are dealt with by the Artologik staff.

The minimum contract time is 6 months, after which the contract is automatically renewed on a montly basis. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months beforehand.

Licence Purchase

If you buy a program licence, the software needs to be installed on your own web server. The web server needs to be a Windows Server 2003/2008. You can choose between connecting the program to an Access database or to Microsoft SQL-server. For more detailed system requirements, click here.

A service agreement is not included in a licence purchase.

Service Agreement

The service agreement gives you access to:

• free technical support - via our online helpdesk, e-mail, phone or fax
• free program updates - new versions, functions etc.
• upgrade guarantee - only pay the price difference when upgrading to a larger program edition

The contract period for a service agreement is normally twelve months. If you do not wish to renew the agreement, Artisan must be contacted in writing and the agreement terminated 3 months before the agreement period expires. Otherwise the agreement is automatically renewed.
