Web browser

Applies for both rental and purchase license!


To register tickets or to work in the program:
  • Windows Internet Explorer 11 (not compatibility view*)
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or later
  • Google Chrome 6.0 or later

* The compatibility view setting can not be used for the domain where the program is installed.

Web server

Applies the purchase license only since the program is installed on your own server. For the rental license, the program is located on the Artisan server and you do not need to take notice of the following requirements.

The program must be installed on a web server that meets the following requirements:
  • Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 or 2016
The following must be installed on the server:
  • Web server program: IIS 7 or later
  • .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
  • .NET Framework 4.5 or later
  • CGI, ISAPI and ASP.NET
  • WCF must be registered on the server
Hardware:
  • Space on hard drive: 10 GB
  • RAM: 2 GB

The web server has to be able to connect to the SQL server using OLE DB and ODBC.

Database

Applies the purchase license only since the program is installed on your own server. For the rental license, the program is located on the Artisan server and you do not need to take notice of the following requirements.

The program is compatible with following databases/servers:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 or 2012 R2, 2014 or 2016
  • Microsoft SQL-Express (limited SQL-server, free of charge from www.microsoft.com)

Hardware:

  • Space on hard drive: 4 GB
  • RAM: 4 GB

Please note:
The SQL server has to allow SQL authentication.
Microsoft SQL Management Studio has to be installed to be able to manage the database. Install a version compatible with your installed version of MS SQL Server.
