System Requirements for Artologik Survey&Report

Please note that the system requirements apply to version 6 and above.

Webserver

Applies only to On-Premise installations, where the program is installed on your own server (for SaaS subscriptions, the program is installed on Artisan’s servers).

The program must be installed on a web server that meets the following requirements:

• Recommended: Windows server 2022 or 2025
• Minimum: Windows server 2016   

The following must be installed on the server:

• .NET Runtime 10.0.x
• ASP.NET Core Runtime 10.0.x

Hardware:

• Space on Hard Drive: 10 GB
• RAM: 8 GB
• CPU: Minimum 2 Cores 

Connection between web server and database:

• The web server has to be able to connect to the SQL server.
• The admin and public website's URL (web address) must use https (encrypted connection).

Database

Applies only to On-Premise installations, where the program is installed on your own server (for SaaS subscriptions, the program is installed on Artisan’s servers).

The database must meet the following requirements:

• Recommended SQL Server 2022 or 2019
• Minimum: SQL Server 2017
• Microsoft SQL Express (limited SQL-server, free of charge from www.microsoft.com)

Hardware:

• Space on Hard Drive: 10 GB
• RAM: 8 GB

Please note:

• Microsoft SQL Management Studio has to be installed to be able to manage the database. Install a version compatible with your installed version of MS SQL Server.

Reverse Proxy / Loadbalancer

Survey&Report requires, starting from version 6, that there is a reverse proxy in front that handles the external certificate and domain management.

For the IIS Reverse Proxy, the following is required

1. URL Rewrite 2 - URL Rewrite : The Official Microsoft IIS Site
2. Application Request Routing - Application Request Routing : The Official Microsoft IIS Site
