You can now choose alternative authentication methods to BankID when logging in to surveys and panels in Survey&Report. By enabling the new OpenID Connect plugin, you gain access to authentication providers such as Freja eID, Google, and Microsoft Entra.

If you prefer authentication options other than those mentioned above, you can now also configure additional providers that support the OIDC protocol. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact us.

Rank response options using Drag and Drop
The new version includes several additional updates. One of these is the new Drag-and-Drop question feature, which allows respondents to intuitively rank answer options. You can use this feature when working with the Matrix > Ranking question type.

User export
Another new feature is support for exporting users, which simplifies both administration and follow-up. You can choose which users to include in the export and how basic user information is displayed for users who belong to multiple groups.
