HelpDesk: Use the function Login message as an information channel
Do you have something special which you would like to inform your HelpDesk users about when they log into the software? The user conditions might have changed, or there is a new price list for support? If so you can use the function Login message.
Creating login messages in Artologik HelpDesk is easily done and it is also possible to insert images and links in the message. Since you can also decide what it should say on the button which the users have to click in order to proceed, it is possible to use the function for so called disclaimers – i.e. the users confirm that they have received the information when clicking the button.
