HelpDesk release including improved ticket list and API
A new version of HelpDesk is here. The release includes several exciting new features related to tickets, API and the HD-Forms plugin.
The new version includes a new setting that allows you to let the system remember the user's last selected sort order in their ticket list, even after they have logged out and logged in again to HelpDesk.
Another new feature is that e-mail attachments are now saved as ticket files and can easily be reattached to other messages written inside the same ticket.
An interesting new setting for those who work with the API is the possibility of retrieving e-mails from tickets, both e-mails visible by and hidden from customers.
